- To search pdf files in the Google Search engine, type “filetype:pdf (replace this text and braces with your keywords)” in the text box and press enter. Don’t forget to remove the double quotes.
- You can easily create a PDF file that self contains data from multiple files of different types each (say formatted text content, graphs, images, RTF, spreadsheets, etc) using the Create PDF > From Multiple Files feature of Adobe Acrobat.
- You can find the screen resolution of the person who is viewing your PDF slide show or presentation using JavaScript and set the resolution of your presentation accordingly. A simple JS code needs to be run as the presentation opens.

- You can create links to web pages or other PDF files on your PC using the HREF tag of HTML.
- You can use JavaScripts in your documents to easily play with bookmarks & links in your PDF document. You can also use JS to easily print page ranges quickly and collate multiple PDF files.
- Adobe Acrobat Reader software is distributed in over 32 languages for most of the platforms available today.
- PDF, including its subsets such as PDF/Archive, PDF/X and PDF/E, have been ratified by international standards bodies including ISO. PDF has been ratified as ISO 32000.
- PDF format is used by governments, corporations, organization and people around the world for more secure & reliable electronic document transfer.
